Terms ofservice

Proposals and pricing

Every project is quoted fixed, in writing, before work begins. The quote defines the scope. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts — nothing is billed that you haven't agreed to.

Payment

Projects are typically split into a deposit to book the build and a balance on completion. Final files, code, and handover are released on final payment. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless agreed otherwise.

Ownership

On final payment, you own the deliverables: design files, code, content, and any domain registered for your project. Third-party tools remain subject to their own licences and terms. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Timelines and responsibilities

We commit to agreed timelines and checkpoints. Client-side delays (content, feedback, approvals) pause the clock rather than compress the quality. Both sides agree to communicate honestly and promptly.

Warranties and liability

We fix defects in our work found within 30 days of launch at no charge. Beyond that, liability is limited to the amount paid for the project. We can't be responsible for third-party services, platforms, or changes made by others after handover.
