Privacypolicy
What we collect
When you enquire, we collect the details you choose to provide — such as your name, business name, email address, website, phone number if you ask us to reply on WhatsApp, and information about your project. We also record limited technical context needed to understand where an enquiry came from, such as its source page and campaign tags.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to reply, scope and deliver work, and keep the records needed to work with you. We don't sell your information, rent it, or add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for. If you choose WhatsApp, your message and any reply are handled through WhatsApp once you open that service.
Cookies and analytics
We use a necessary first-party preference cookie to remember your privacy choice. With your permission, Google Analytics measures pages and conversion actions so we can improve the site. We do not send your enquiry text, email address or phone number to analytics. You can allow or decline analytics on your first visit and change that choice any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
Service providers and storage
Enquiries are stored securely with Supabase. Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to protect the form from spam. Google Analytics is used only when you allow analytics. If email notifications are enabled, Resend may deliver the notification to our team. Access is limited to the people and providers needed to respond to your enquiry and run the site.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage our relationship with you, and meet record-keeping obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where applicable. Email us and we'll respond promptly. Privacy obligations can vary by business and circumstance, and this policy is not intended to limit any rights you may have.
